I have a questions about the FOSE. If someone had switched with say Carmen Electra due to the FOSE could someone else now switch with the person who is Carmen or would Carmens body no longer be affected by the FOSE?
FOSE only happens one time, so no. It was an extremely rare cosmic radiation the likes of which will probably never come close to Earth again for the rest of human existence.
