Yes rachel's employers did bring her in for questioning the day she returned to work, but after finding out after a full medical and mental exam that the body swap was all ready done the company apologized to Tom and asked him if he wanted to know the sex of the baby. Tom was shocked to think only after 1 month in Rachel's body and he/she was going to be a mother. The company gave Tom Rachel's retirement plus 20 million to keep quite and She did because she would be the best mother and wife she could be.
