Please take the poll on the right column of the page.
I couldn't resist another poll to satisfy my curiosity. With the exception of one or two stray thoughts when I first hit puberty, I actually didn't realize I was interested in TG until much later. I was, however, drawn to shrinking/giantess themes even as a child.
Wondering what the situation is for y'all.
Hello There!
Great Shift: Most of the world's population permanently shifts into random bodies.
Exchange Island: A special vacation spot in which you spend the week in another visitor's body.
Swap Class: A controversial high school class many parents force their children to take; spend some time (usually 2 weeks) in a classmate's body of the opposite gender, and become a more "open-minded" person.
Long Distance Body Swapping: To save time, some companies have potential employees from far away swap bodies with one of their own (sometimes female) employees for an interview. Swap facilities book up quickly, so an overnight stay is often required.
The Fantasy Orgasm Swapping Event (FOSE): Thousands of people having an orgasm to a fantasy suddenly swap bodies with that person due to a strange cosmic radiation that passes through the Earth (MY IDEA! Feel free to use, of course).

As a kid I remember feeling a draw to transformation scenes in movies (Pinocchio, Sword and the Stone) but nothing sexual. I remember my first times getting off around 13-14 were not to TG themes, but soon after it turned that way. I first discovered TG-fiction through Nifty Archive stories, but I have absolutely no clue how I first discovered that site. I must have googled for it, but I have no idea how that idea first popped into my head since I would never consider a sex-change.
ReplyDeleteEven when I was a very little kid, I was fascinated by transformation. I would focus very intently on being different people, animals, or objects, and try to see from their perspective. A little bit later, when I was probably 6 or 7, I had some semi-sexual thoughts about TG stuff, but it wasn't until later that I found http://tsa.transform.to/, a site that has a collection of TG stories, and that I started to look for captioning sites like this. Just the other day, I was reminded of something I had forgotten reading. Frank Baum's "Ozma" character, a young boy who is revealed to have been a girl the whole time, transformed at birth by a spell. I think the scenario of him adjusting to being a girl started off the sexual aspects of it.
ReplyDeleteI liked it as far back as I can remember. At the time I didn't know it was a thing.....that happened when I got on the internet much later in life, then I realized I wasn't odd, I was one of millions. The first time I realized I liked TG was from "Enemy Within" from the Original Star Trek Series. I didn't know why I liked that episode so much but I did. Then there was the original "switched" movie, of course "Gilligan's Island" episode. There was a weekly TV series, can't remember the name, didn't see much of that as there were no VCR's at that time. So I knew I liked it as soon as I saw it, even though I didn't know what it was I liked. lol
ReplyDeleteMy vote is none of the above, It was after puberty, but had nothing to do with Internet porn or years of internet exposure.
ReplyDeleteI would lay down on the couch close my eyes and imagine several different TG scenarios. I didn't know anything about others having similar interests
I did exactly the same as you
DeleteI remember at a young age being fascinated by women. Both in the biological differences: having breasts, lacking a penis. As well as the clothing and fashion: bras, panties, pantyhose, dresses, makeup, shaving legs etc. I was always fascinated with the idea of myself or another male being transformed into a girl and I was curious on what it would be like. I didn't and don't want to be one, in fact when I was little I was often mistaken for a little girl by people because I had some feminine facial features(I looked really cute) it really irked me that people thought that, kids also made fun of me for this as well. I remember watching Switch on HBO not long after it came out I was about 12 or 13 at the time and found the idea erotic of a man being changed against his will into a woman and being forced though circumstance to live as one. I first found TG fiction by accident not long after I first started going on the internet without supervision around 1999. At first I was looking up a joke that I had heard on the radio with the punchline of a man turning into a woman. I searched "instant sex change" and on that search I found The Joe Bates Saga, the first tg story I read. I've been hooked on tg fiction and captions ever since.
ReplyDeleteI was about 12 when I found that body swapping fiction and movies did it for me. If anyone remember the train scene from Vice Versa where the male and female crooks swap bodies after touching that idol, something really aroused me about it. No idea why. Ever since then, it was the body swap caps, scenes, and stories where humiliation has been a factor (like a scream from a voice that wasn't theirs, or feeling up and finding parts that were either new or completely gone, etc.) that has an arousing reaction on me.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I can remember, I've always been interested in TG themes, but it was only when I started to hit puberty that these themes became more sexualized. I remember first learning about this fascination of mine when going through my middle school library and picking up "Freaky Friday", since I'd always enjoyed the movie for some unknown reason at the time. Only now do I realize that this was probably the gateway to a lot of other TG themes that would later interest me throughout the years, since almost every TV show had some body swap episode in the series. I think "Danny Phantom" is what awoke my thoughts on possession though and the ways you could use the ability.
