Well Dave is at the gym he knows it would be criminal to let an ass like that go and want to keep his new body nice for when he eventually succumbs to his new urges. He probably already has the lingerie that he'll wear for Frank the night they'll sleep together picked out ;) I always loved stories where the protagonist's friend knows of the switch and still hits on him. Very good caption.
